Oral presentations:
All presenters are required to transfer their presentation files to the designated laptop in the conference room before each session starts and use that laptop for presentations.
Poster presentations:
The poster boards can accommodate posters of up to 90 cm in WIDTH and 150 cm in HEIGHT. Posters in either "portrait" or "landscape" format smaller than this dimension can be fitted on the board. An A0 size poster (120 cm by 84 cm), for example, can be displayed in portrait format.
Awards:
A competition for the best oral and poster award for students will be held during the meeting. The best student oral presentation will be awarded with NTD 10,000 prize and three best student posters will be awarded with NTD 5,000 prize. The three best poster winners need to give a 3-minute oral presentation in the general assembly meeting.
