南瀛天文館具有全國唯一球幕3D星象劇場，每場次除了播映球幕影片之外，還包含了簡短的星象解說節目，從星座介紹、在太陽系內遨遊、特殊天象、各種主題式節目等，透過身歷其境的模擬效果，讓觀影民眾獲取天文新知。本主題將分享近年來在星象節目製作的經驗以及探討星象軟體發展的潛力。
