Information for Presenters

For Oral Presenters

Connecting Your PC

Please brind your own PC or device and connect it to the projector at the Fujiwara Hiroshi Hall. HDMI and VGA connections are available, but we recommend using HDMI if possible. If your PC does not have a compatible port, please bring your own adaptor.

For Poster Presenters

Poster Number

Poster Printing

Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you to the conference. There will be no printing facilities available on site.

Poster Board Size

The poster borad size is 900mm (width) x 1890mm (height). A0 size in portrait orientation fits perfectly. You may also use multiple sheets smaller than A0 size (e.g., A4).

Poster Setup and Removal

Poster boards will be available for mounting from the afternoon of the first day (August 24). The information about poster setup and removal will be announced during the workshop. Please follow the instructions by the organizer.

Please display your poster on the board marked with your assigned poster number. Only the pins provided at the venue may be used to mount your poster; please do not use tape or other materials.

Poster Session

The official poster session will take place at 12:20 on August 26; however, you will be able to display your posters throughout most of the workshop.
