For Oral Presenters
Connecting Your PC
Please brind your own PC or device and connect it to the projector at the Fujiwara Hiroshi Hall. HDMI and VGA connections are available, but we recommend using HDMI if possible. If your PC does not have a compatible port, please bring your own adaptor.
For Poster Presenters
Poster Setup
The poster borad size is 900mm (width) x 1890mm (height). A0 size in portrait orientation fits perfectly. You may also use multiple sheets smaller than A0 size (e.g., A4).
Poster boards will be available for mounting from the afternoon of the first day (August 24).
Please use the pins provided at the venue to mount your poster.
