No Food or Drinks
Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the Hall. Food and drinks are only permitted in the Multi-Purpose Room 3 (the venue of coffee break and poster session).
Please do not bring open (uncovered) drinks into the Hall.
No Social Media Sharing
Please do NOT post or share any photos of the venue on your personal social media accounts.
Trash Disposal
Please gather and bring all your trash to Multi-Purpose Room 3 (the venue of coffee break and poster session).
Valueable & Belongings
Please keep your valuables with you and umder personal supervision at all times.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted on Hiyosi campus and in the area around the Hiyioshi station.
Internet Access
Wi-Fi is available at the venue. Please refer to your nametag, which will be distributed at the venue, for connection details. Eduroam is also available.
Restaurant Guide
On Hiyoshi Campus
A café (Tully's Coffee), a pub (HUB) and a convenience store (LAWSON) are located on the ground floor of Kyosei-kan.
Please note that the campus co-op store and cafeteria on Hiyoshi Campus will be closed for the duration of the workshop.
Hiyoshi Station West Exit
There is a wide variety of restaurants near Hiyoshi Station West Exit (the opposite side of the venue), including Japanese cuisine (izakaya, sushi, ramen, tonkatsu), as well as Italian, Indian curry, Vietnamese, Chinese, and other international options. There are also many casual and affordable eateries suitable for a quick meal.
